I’m really bad at drinking water. Most of my water arrives in coffee and tea….. and an odd glass of wine. I drink an odd pint of water after exercise. So in total I’ve probably drunk about three litres
I don’t really keep track of how much water I drink in a day! How much I drink can depend on what I am doing – as food and drink are not allowed in the labs. 37 hours is an interesting amount of time – any particular reason for this choice of hours? Taking into account drinking just water, squash and tea I have probably drunk about 4 litres.
I normally drink 1.5-2 litres of water per day, so in 37 hours I might have drunk around 3.5-4? And no specific reason, when I’m thirsty it’s what I use to have! I’m not following any recommendations or diets.
I probably haven’t drunk enough this weekend because I’ve been camping and didn’t have fresh running water on hand all day. So probably only about 0.5 litres, which is not very much really.
