• Question: if you shaved off a badgers fur would they still be stripey?

      What an amazing question. The strange things is that badger hair has been used for making shaving brushes for years!

      I don’t know if they would be stripy once shaved but I would guess so. You’d be able to see the pigmentation. I’ve never shaved a badger to find out though. Beautiful animals – I wish they weren’t killing them now.

      What an interesting question! I don’t know but I do know that dogs can have speckled skin – even if their fur is one colour.

      Oooh gosh – what a good (but tough) question! I don’t know the answer but I would guess that they would have some colouring in their skin as well. Tough one though – I’m not 100%. There’s only one way to find out…..(although I am not suggesting you do it!).
