• Question: what are cheese cells called?#

      Ooh I do like a bit of cheese. I guess you could say that cheese cells are bacteria or fungi. Bacteria (like lactobacilli) can make milk into curds and whey for making cheese. And the fungi (moulds) like Penicillium play a role too.
