Well at this exact moment I am recovering from a knee operation that I had two weeks ago after I had a skiing accident in January! It wasn’t a life-threatening injury but did mean I couldn’t walk very well after snapping my Anterior Cruciate Ligament. I’m on the mend now though but it’s definitely my worst injury so far.

Well, last October I crashed my bike and wasn’t wearing a helmet, which wasn’t my brightest idea…
I gave myself concussion, had double vision for 3 months, had a black eye and blood in the white of my eye, broke a tooth in half, put my teeth through my lower lip and fractured my elbow! I won’t be doing that again in a hurry :-S

The worst injury I have had was when I bent two fingers completely back whilst playing Netball. They went bright purple, were really sore and were bandaged for about 2 weeks.

I’ve been pretty lucky. I did split my head open by running and skidding on my knees on a shiny floor at school…. straight into a table leg. Ouch. Loads of blood and stitches
